Coaching
We draw upon extensive leadership experience to provide insights, strategies, and real world examples for our coaching and workshops.
We use a three-pronged approach
1. Coaching Techniques
Asking probing questions to help clients identify the most impactful goals and to elicit from our clients the actions and behaviors to achieve those goals.
2. Management Consulting
Drawing upon our years of leadership experience in a fast paced technical environment, concrete ideas and alternatives can be suggested. Our clients, particularly senior leaders who are struggling with a complex situation, have found these ideas to be very beneficial.
3. Individualized “Just In Time” Training
Provide timely, individualized training on any topic of leadership or management (such as performance feedback, strategic thinking, project management). Clients have found this very helpful when they need to grow in a particular area that either is new to them or they need to enhance their understanding of best practices and approaches.
